Our Design Process
Working with a professional design company is exciting! Sometimes, though, it can also be a bit intimidating. Many of you may never have been through the process before. Understandably, you may be a bit nervous because you don’t know what to expect.
On the other hand, you may have had a bad experience in the past. Maybe you’re nervous because you’re worried about going through the same bad experience all over again.
Whatever the case, you can relax.
Graphic Blueprint has earned its reputation largely because we treat each client as our only one. This means personalized attention and a custom approach.
Nonetheless, we’ll walk you through our basic framework now to have some idea of what to expect. Of course, you feel free to contact us with any questions.

Discovery
We begin things with a pre-design questionnaire that helps us decide if we’re a good fit for you. This is critical in helping us understand your brand, the challenges you face, who is in your market, what appeals to them, and your overall goals.
After that, we’ll sit down for an actual conversation. This will allow us to ask any questions we have and for you to do the same. It’s important to us that we’re all on the same page before moving forward.
Proposal
If we’re a good fit for one another, we’ll send you a proposal with:
- A timeline for the project
- The payment schedule
- Terms & Condition
- Project Deliverables
You’ll know exactly what to expect from this project before we even begin designing.
Brainstorming
A lot of designers leave their clients in the dark until the project is finally over. We know how important this project is to you, which is why we always make our clients part of the process.
We’ll give you a “mood board” you can use to collect ideas that inspire you. It’s online, so you don’t have to worry about doing any arts and crafts. Also, we will begin to learn more about your target audience and develop your brands messaging.
Once this is done, we’ll use this information to come up with initial drafts for your project. You’ll be able to tell right away how much of a difference it makes to work this way.
Delivery
When you’re satisfied with our final draft, we’ll invoice you for the project and then release the design files.
That’s all there is to it!
